Common problems
- “No videos on this product.” Some listings simply have no videos. Open the product on Amazon and check that a video plays in the image gallery or reviews.
- “Amazon is busy right now.” Amazon occasionally limits automated requests. Wait a minute and try again, or use the extension, which reads videos directly from the page you have open.
- The download opens in a new tab instead of saving. On iPhone, tap the share icon and choose “Save to Files.” On desktop, right-click the MP4 button and choose “Save link as.”
- Prime Video. Prime Video titles are copy-protected and are not supported.
Extension
You can change default quality, file names, which on-page buttons appear and which Amazon marketplaces the extension runs on from its Settings page. To remove it, right-click the toolbar icon and choose “Remove from Chrome.”
